The Practice is a 30-day journey to mental mastery.

These simple cards will rewire your brain through your body, using a color-code system for instant relief from specific blockers like perfectionism, people pleasing self-doubt. Meant to be used for 10 minutes daily, each card contains:

  • 5 minutes of somatic meditation to reconnect with your body's wisdom

  • 5 minutes of integration journaling to lock in the lesson

  • An action step that helps you integrate the Practice all day

The Practice isn't random daily cards—it's a carefully designed progression that builds on itself, creating lasting neural pathways—not just temporary feel-good moments. Think of it like micro-dosing therapy: transforming limiting behaviors and beliefs in an easeful way. (And yes, it’s therapist-approved!)

The Practice doesn't abandon you after 30 days.

Life will keep testing you, and old patterns will try to resurface. That's why each card is color-coded by the specific blocker it addresses.

Think of it as your personal pharmacy of somatic medicine—when symptoms arise, you know exactly which card holds the cure. No searching, no guessing. Just grab the color you need and practice your way back to center.

🎯 Remember: This isn't about perfection. It's about practice. Start Day 1 when you're ready, not when you have time. Your inner wisdom is waiting.

Meet the Team

This program was created by Claire Wasserman, a coach who has guided thousands of women to transform their careers and inner lives, combining her expertise in financial psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practices with hard-won wisdom from navigating her own breakthroughs and setbacks. The Practice has been carefully reviewed by Jenny Hoit, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist with nine years of Jungian analysis, who brings her deep understanding of attachment theory, developmental psychology, and the therapeutic process to ensure the program's psychological integrity and safety.

  • Founder & Coach

When Claire's son was born, doctors declared him healthy, but deep inside, she knew something was wrong and whispered to her wife, "He is not safe." Twenty-four hours later, he was diagnosed with severe congenital heart defects and prepped for open-heart surgery—a moment that confirmed what she'd been practicing her whole life: listening to her inner wisdom.

After a decade of coaching thousands of women to secure raises, promotions, and dream jobs, Claire discovered that every single woman battled the same invisible enemy—the false stories she told herself about what she deserved—and that despite all the tactical career advice, something deeper needed healing.

Life delivered its own curriculum through a divorce, a lawsuit from men's rights activists (which she turned into $116k+ in crowdfunding and a book deal with Simon & Schuster), a pandemic that destroyed her business, and her newborn's rare disease diagnosis, each crisis forcing her deeper into understanding how our nervous systems trap us in patterns of self-doubt and leading to breakthroughs about rewiring the brain from self-punishment to self-compassion.

Claire's approach bridges the gap most methods miss by combining somatic practices, neuroscience, and what she calls "practical woo," understanding that you can't think your way out of patterns stored in your body—a philosophy she brings to her work having taught at world-class institutions like NASA and Harvard Business School, appeared as a guest expert on Good Morning America and for the New York Times, bootstrapped a 7-figure business with a 100k-member global community, produced six conferences for 1,000 attendees, and holds her Master's Certificate in Financial Psychology & Behavioral Finance.

A proud neurodivergent lesbian who married her co-founder and prides herself on leveraging "setbacks" for growth—making money out of lemons, as she says—Claire is the right kind of mix of woo-woo and real talk, offering guidance based on personal experience, backed by science, and always actionable, knowing that with the right tools and community, you can transform your inner critic into your inner compass.

  • Therapist Advisor

Filled with curiosity and an appetite for exploring, Jenny has always loved creating, learning, problem solving, traveling, stories, and adventures.

Growing up in the suburbs of Cincinnati and Cleveland, Jenny ventured to graduate school in 2007 to study Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Art Therapy, where she faced unexpected challenges and discovered that therapy, running, yoga, questioning, reading, journaling, meditation, traveling, art-making, community building, and humor were crucial for her growth and sustenance.

She feels honored to work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and has come to deeply believe in the power of resilience and creativity.

Rather than positioning herself as an "expert," Jenny thinks of herself as a perpetual student of life and good living, approaching her work with openness rather than fixed answers, labels, or diagnoses—an approach informed by nine years of Jungian analysis and a belief that her teachers include not only those from school but also family, friends, therapists, books, movies, clients, colleagues, her shadow parts, and the aspects of herself she more easily and joyfully experiences.

Her practice resonates with attachment theory, positive psychology, developmental psychology, neuroscience, cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, existentialism, narrative therapy, Jungian theory, and mindfulness, and she is also a Registered Art Therapist.
